PENANG TEACHERS’ART CIRCLE
Founded some 58 years ago led by the late Datuk Tay Hooi Keat and named it “The Art Circle” for teachers in Penang and hence the Penang Teachers’Art Circle, and so were the main players namely the late Tan Tin Kok, the late Lee Eng Thong and the late Chee Wooi Sun who assisted in him the formation of PTAC
